Our Story
Ginen founded Moodley Attorneys (“MAinc”) in 2013 after having the fortunate experience of working at Wertheim Becker Attorneys (now Fairbridges Wertheim Becker–the oldest law firm in SouthAfrica).
Ginen established the black youth owned corporate and commercial legal practice because there were few such firms in the marketplace. In a profession so old, Ginen wanted to establish a platform for other aspiring corporate and commercial attorneys where risks on new solutions, ideas and practises could be developed thus MAinc was born.
MAinc still traditionally charges by the hour because the value of your time as well as ours is important.
